At JustAQuickPick, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging when possible
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, wear, washing, or modification after delivery

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.

In buyer’s remorse cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The return request is submitted after the applicable return window
  • The item has been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or is not in returnable condition
  • The product was clearly customized or personalized for the customer, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

For buyer’s remorse returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to our error, or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will not require the customer to pay return shipping where a return is needed for resolution.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please contact us first so we can advise the best resolution available for your order.

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
