1. What is JustAQuickPick?

JustAQuickPick is a store founded in 2026 that focuses on print-on-demand sneakers and creative footwear designs. Our current themes include Funny, Racing, Dancing, and Basketball, and we plan to expand into additional product categories over time.

2. What types of products do you sell?

We currently specialize in print-on-demand sneakers. As the store grows, we may also introduce other print-on-demand products that match our design direction and brand style.

3. Are your products made to order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

4. How long does order processing take?

Order processing usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

5. How long does shipping take?

After processing, shipping usually takes 12 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

6. What is the total estimated delivery time?

For most orders, total estimated delivery time is about 15 to 20 business days, including both processing and shipping time.

7. Do you provide tracking information?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

8. Can shipping be delayed?

Yes. Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, high seasonal demand, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or weather conditions.

9. Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Yes. If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unworn, and in returnable condition.

11. Who pays for return shipping?

For buyer’s remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the problem. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

13. How long does it take to receive a refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

14. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order items may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order is placed.

15. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you entered an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

16. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review the best available solution.
